Cards are special rewards. They allow you to exchange your collections for various benefits.
The new collection will feature Jupiler Pro League clubs, with 612 unique club cards.
Between 09/21/2026 and 10/04/2026, our Cards collection will be dedicated to the Nations League, rather than the Pro League.

How do I get Combo Cards?
You automatically receive 1 Card for every:
25€ staked on odds of at least 1.20. This can be on a single bet or across multiple bets.
If you stake 100€, you will receive 4 Cards.
To count, your bet must:
- be a single, parlay, or system bet;
- have total odds of at least 1.20;
- be fully settled.
All sports, competitions, and markets are eligible. Pre-match and live bets are eligible.
You do not need to stake 25€ on a single bet. Each bet may have a lower amount: eligible stakes are added together until they reach the 25€ threshold.
The result of the bet makes no difference. An eligible stake counts whether the bet wins or loses.
A voided, refunded, or cash-out bet does not count.
When is my Card awarded?
Your stake is added to your progress when the full bet is settled. The Card therefore does not appear immediately after the bet is placed.
For a parlay or system bet, you must wait until the entire bet is settled.
You can also earn Cards through certain Missions, packs, and the Circus Challenge.
How is the total stake calculated?
Your progress carries over from one bet to the next. Any amount exceeding a 25€ increment is carried over toward the next Card.
Example:
You place an eligible 30€ bet. When it is settled:
- you receive a Card;
- the remaining 5€ is kept in your progress;
- you therefore have 20€ in eligible stakes left to accumulate before receiving a new Card.
Your progress does not reset between two bets or two sports days.
What are the different types of Cards?
Club Cards
To participate in the prize pool for a match, you must have the Club Card for each of the two teams involved. These are represented by a jersey and a matchday number.
Cards are awarded randomly. You may therefore receive the same Card more than once.
Classic Cards
Classic Cards are collection Cards separate from Club Cards. They cannot be used to participate in match-related exchanges.
If they are still in your collection at the end of the season, they are automatically converted into 0.1 Coin each.
Stadium Cards
Stadium Cards are special Cards available through Missions and certain packs.
A Stadium Card is required in addition to the two Club Cards to participate in certain Special Games. The required level—Bronze, Silver, or Gold—is displayed with the prize pool conditions.
Coins Cards
A Coin Card displays a specific value in Coins. At the end of the season, it is converted according to the value shown on the Card.

Where can I view my Cards and collections?
To access your Combo Cards:
- Log in to your account.
- Open your Profile.
- Select Combo Cards.
There you will find:
- the Cards in your collection;
- the available collections;
- the exchanges currently open;
- the Cards required for each exchange.
Cards from a matchday may include a number corresponding to that matchday. Once the exchange is closed, these Cards can no longer be used to participate in the associated prize pool, but they remain in your collection until they are converted at the end of the season.
How do I participate in a prize pool?
Before confirming: the Cards used will be permanently removed from your collection. The exchange can only be completed once per player for the same prize pool.
To participate:
- Open the Combo Cards section of your profile.
- Select an exchange that is still available.
- Check the list of requested Cards.
- Check the time remaining before it closes.
- Confirm the exchange.
For a regular match, you must exchange the Club Cards for both teams.
For a Special Game, you must also have the requested Stadium Card.
Having the Cards is not enough: you must confirm the exchange before the countdown ends to register your participation.
Can I participate in the same prize pool more than once?
No. Even if you have multiple copies of the required Cards, you can only register once per prize pool.
How is the prize pool shared?
When the countdown ends, the prize pool is shared equally among all players who confirmed their participation.
The amount you receive therefore depends on the prize pool amount and the total number of participants.
Example:
If a 600€ prize pool has 200 participants, each participant receives 3€ in Cash.
The payout may take up to 10 minutes after the countdown ends.
What happens to my unused Cards?
At the end of the season, each Card still in your collection is converted into 0.1 Coin, except for:
- Coin Cards, which are converted according to the value they display;
- Car Cards, which are subject to the rules of the relevant promotion;
- Cards already used in an exchange, since they are no longer in your collection.
The conversion takes place at the end of the season. You do not need to exchange the relevant Cards manually.
Frequently asked questions
Can I receive the same Card more than once?
Yes. Cards are awarded randomly, and duplicates are possible. Each copy appears separately in your collection.
Can I choose which Card I receive?
No. Cards obtained through accumulated stakes are awarded randomly.
Why did I receive my Card after the bet rather than immediately after placing my stake?
The stake is counted only when the full bet is settled. For a parlay or system bet, this may require waiting until the entire bet is settled.
What should I do if I have a problem?
I did not receive my Card
Check the following:
- the full bet has been settled;
- its total odds are at least 1.20;
- it was not voided, refunded, or settled with a cash out;
- the total of your eligible settled stakes has reached a new 25€ increment.
Remember that the Card is awarded when the bet is settled, not when you place your stake.
If all the conditions are met, refresh your collection. If the Card is still missing, contact customer service and provide the reference number of the relevant bet.
I cannot complete an exchange
Check that:
- the countdown has not ended;
- you have exactly the requested Cards;
- you have the required Stadium Card if it is a Special Game;
- you have not already participated in this prize pool.
My Cards disappeared after an exchange
This is normal. The Cards used are permanently removed from your collection when the exchange is completed. They can no longer be used for another exchange or converted into Coins.
I did not receive my share of the prize pool
The payout may take up to 10 minutes after the countdown ends.
If the Cash still does not appear after this time, contact customer service and specify the relevant prize pool and exchange.
