To cancel a bet, you have the option to use Cash Out, which allows you to recover part or all of your stake. The Cash Out option is not available for all sports bets. To find out if your bet has this feature, check that the green Cash Out symbol appears next to the event:

In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, once your stake is placed, it is not possible to cancel your bet. Only the Cash-Out feature will allow you to recover part or even all of your stake.

It is possible that Cash-out is not available, whether the matches have started or not. Cash-out is not a feature accessible permanently on our site. It is an opportunity offered to you only when conditions allow it.
Its availability may depend on match events, changes in odds, progress in the sporting event, the type of event your bet is on, its live coverage, or the type of market.
