I haven't received my crypto deposit. Why?

If you haven't received your deposit, we invite you to contact our customer service by attaching a screenshot of the transaction in question, and providing us with the Blockchain on which the transaction was made.

 

Attention: Be careful not to select the wrong currency during your deposit and to send exactly the one you selected on the deposit page, and to make the deposit from the deposit page before switching to your app. Otherwise, it is possible that your money will not arrive in your account and will be lost.
