If you cannot authenticate, there are several possible reasons.
- If you use ItsMe, make sure your credentials on your application are up to date.
- If you take photos, it is important to make sure your documents are clearly legible and that your selfie is clear, to avoid blurred photos that could make recognition difficult.
- Our teams may also need to carry out an additional check. If a blue banner informs you that verification is in progress, it means that our teams are checking some security details before contacting you about your account as soon as possible. In this case, please be patient. Our teams will contact you as soon as possible.
- If you do not have a Belgian identity card or are not a Belgian citizen, verification via ItsMe.
If you are a foreign player, or if you have too many problems with the other options, you can send your documents directly to our teams by clicking on the ‘What if I don't have an identity card’ option at the bottom of the page.
You can then upload your documents and your account will be verified within a few days of receipt.
